25-Yard Outdoor 3-P Air Rifle Program - Currently an experimental course of fire, this program is designed to allow smallbore shooters additional shooting opportunities using a different gun and to give current air rifle shooters an opportunity to learn about outdoor shooting. Many air rifle shooters progress to smallbore and high power rifle and this will assist with the training. Three-position on the A-7/5 target has been the most common course so far. If your club is interested in trying this experimental program, contact NRA's Air Gun Program at 703-267-1477 or email rifle@nrahq.org. |
