Plans for the 2009 National Junior Air Gun Championship have been finalized! Air Rifle will take place July 1-3 and Air Pistol will take place on July 10-12 at Camp Perry, OH. The NRA Rifle Sectionals are underway and finished results are required to be sent to NRA Headquarters by April 1 for Open Rifle Sectionals and April 30 for Junior Rifle Sectionals. New for 2007 is the special category for junior participants using sporter equipment in the International Air Rifle Championship (40 shots standing). This special category is for national awards only.

Air Gun Safety - Due to recent accidents, the NRA has developed safety posters dealing with safe handling and filling of Compressed Air and bulk fill CO2.
