In 2012, we are introducing a new registration form for chaperones. Chaperone Registration is for coaches who do not wish to participate in the event, but still go on the course with the participants (and therefore must be covered by NRA insurance). Each team must have at least one registered coach OR chaperone.
Participant/Coach Fee On-Site (Includes Housing and Meals at Mansfield University, Event Participation, Awards Luncheon, and Insurance): $725.00
Participant/Coach Fee Off-Site (Includes Event Participation, Awards Luncheon, and Insurance): $595.00
Chaperone's Fee On-Site (Includes Housing and Meals at Mansfield University and Event Insurance Only): $600.00
Chaperone's Fee Off-Site (Includes Event Insurance Only): $250.00
Non-Participant Fee (Includes Housing and Meals at Mansfield University and Awards Luncheon): $375.00
Lost Dorm Key Charge (Applies only to those staying at Mansfield University): $25.00
Linen Damage or Non-Return Fee (Applies only to those staying at Mansfield University): $100.00
