Every year, The Eddie Eagle GunSafe^® Program receives hundreds of requests for Eddie Eagle to appear at events all across the country. With a limited program staff, it is impossible to attend all these events. However, the Eddie Eagle program will always try to find a representative in your area. We also have Eddie Eagle mascot costumes at NRA Headquarters that we do loan out; these are a limited supply, and not every request can be met. If you are interested in having Eddie Eagle appear at your event or school, please contact our department at 1-800-231-0752, and we will be glad to assist you.

Law enforcement agencies can be eligible for grant funding through their local Friends of NRA to help purchase a Eddie Eagle costume. Grants are only issued once a year, and its up to you to apply for grant funding. Call us a 1-800-231-0752 to find out when your state's deadlines are, or if you have any other questions we can answer for you about the grant application process.
