Alaskan Safari and Trading LLC: This hunt is absolutely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Those of you who sign up for this excursion will have memories that truly will last a lifetime, you won’t be disappointed!

Hunters will be flown to a tent camp, where they will spot and stalk hunt – black bear and wolf. This hunt will occur on 1.3 million acres of private and public land. Hunters should expect to walk two miles a day over terrain which includes tundra, swamp and river bottoms. There also may be an option to take a brown bear if the opportunity presents itself for an additional fee. If you fill your tag early in the hunt, then you have the option to stay afield or be flown back to the Uptown Motel.

Burr Henriksen will host this adventure. Alaskan Safari and Trading has a total of six planes (three sea planes and three tundra planes). Their experience is well-noted – the pilots who fly these planes just happen to be the same pilots who fly for National Geographic and the Discovery Channel while in Alaska. Don’t forget your camera!
