Come join the fun as Oak Creek Sporting Club and the Kriz family host their 12th NRA Women’s Hunting Excursion! Located in Brainard, Nebraska, the pheasants and chukars are abundant, the pointers exceptional and the hospitality can’t be beat. This hunt is designed for women of all experience levels and is limited to just 24 participants. First-time huntresses will receive lots of instruction and practice shooting before heading afield, and seasoned huntresses will get plenty of fast-paced wingshooting action. Ladies, you’ll get the opportunity to share camaraderie with women of all experience levels during six delicious home-cooked meals. Come see why so many huntresses return to Oak Creek year after year!

Dates: October 19-21, 2012

Directions: Oak Creek Sporting Club is located in the east-central portion of the state. Brainard is a 45-minute drive northwest of Lincoln, Nebraska and approximately one hour west of Omaha, Nebraska. The address is 2890 West Road, Brainard, Nebraska. Phone: (402) 545-3111.

Cost: $350.00 – includes a comprehensive safety orientation; 3:1 hunter-to-guide ratio; trained hunting pointer/retrievers; field dressing and cleaning; licenses; shotgun patterning; sporting clays, five-stand and/or trap practice; two half-days of pheasant and chukar hunting on 1500 acres of prime upland game habitat; and fabulous home-cooked meals from dinner on Friday, through lunch on Sunday.
