Aimpoint sights are useful training aids to help introduce relatively inexperienced persons to shooting. Once students have been taught the fundamentals of sight alignment and sight picture, instructors can use Aimpoint sights to help shooters gain confidence at hitting targets.

With a parallax-free red dot sight like those made by Aimpoint, the shooter will be more relaxed and able to concentrate on the other aspects of your instruction. The Aimpoint CompC3 is a compact lightweight sight that is well-suited for a variety of applications and works extremely well on semi-auto pistols and .22 handguns.

For magnum caliber revolvers as well as hunting rifles and shotguns, the Aimpoint 9000SC is a natural choice. This rugged sight works just like the CompC3, but has a rear tube to allow use of two rings for a mount that will be more sturdy for use in training courses. The 9000SC is even available in a camo version for use on turkey shotguns or other camouflaged firearms.
